Design is step one.

It is the foundation for cost-effective, efficient and scalable technology solutions.  Our consultants are expert in the managing the design process for telecommunications, data communications and cabling infrastructure technologies.  In addition, we provide expert project management for the design of computer and server rooms, data centers, network closets and other technology-intensive spaces such as boardrooms, laboratories and customer demonstration and training areas.

Planning is step two.

With a sound design off the drawing board and approved, the planning process takes center stage.  ISDG, Inc. specializes in managing all aspects of project planning and takes responsibility for meeting project commitments. We create and manage budgets and timelines, lead our clients through the process in a collaborative manner and ensure that information is clearly and consistently communicated among all project team members.

Procurement is step three.

In order to simplify the vendor selection process, ISDG, Inc. develops bid requirement/specification documents (Request for Proposal) and distributes them to qualified vendors to ensure consistent responses and competitive pricing.  We manage the selection and procurement process by coordinating the document distribution, bidder’s conference and vendor interface throughout the submittal period.  We review and evaluate all qualified responses and make recommendations for vendor selection based upon our client’s pre-determined selection criteria.  ISDG, Inc. consultants are skilled in negotiating vendor contract terms and conditions and our direct involvement has resulted in our clients attaining extremely competitive pricing with maximum protection from vendor liabilities.

Implementation is the final step.
